Bruce Pyle

Bruce T. Pyle, 67, died in Louisville, KY.He was born Aug. 31, 1941, in Tell City, the son of Herbert and Mary E. Cassidy Pyle. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was an insurance agent for American Heritage and was a member of the Scott County Moose Family Center 2324.He is survived by his wife, Linda Reynolds Pyle; four sons, Scott Patrick Pyle of Madison, Ward Joseph Pyle of New Albany, Travis William Pyle of Charleston, S.C., and Robert Lee Smith of Indianapolis; two daughters, Robin Lynn Stafford of Monroe City and Lori Ann Doud of Scottsburg; 11 brothers, David Pyle of Sellersburg, Herbert Wayne Pyle of North Vernon, Mike Pyle, Edward Pyle, Tennyson Pyle, John Pyle and James Pyle, all of Seymour, Anthony Earl Pyle of Louisville, KY, Christopher Pyle of Madison; Kevin Pyle of Commiskey and Kent Pyle of Vallonia; two sisters, Mary Pyle Brown of Seymour and Regina Pyle Roark of Scipio; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.He was preceded in death by one son, Grant Thomas Pyle; his parents; one sister, Laura Pyle; and one brother, Allen Pyle.Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Relay for Life.
