Charles G. "Charley" Weber

Charley, 67, died at the Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis. Charley had worked for the State Group for over 38 years before his retirement in 2007, and was a member of the International Electrical Contractors Association. He was a member of the Mater Dei MenGÇÖs Club and had previously served in the Army National Guard. Charley enjoyed spending time with his friends and family, especially his grandchildren.Surviving are his wife of 42 years, Katherine GÇ£KittyGÇ¥ (Ball) Weber; one daughter, Joanna (Mike) Egler of Evansville; two sons, Michael (Lisa) Weber and Matthew (Crystal) Weber, both of Evansville; and six grandchildren: Nathan and Ashley Egler, Mallory, Allison, Natalie and Isaac Weber. Also surviving are three sisters, Mary Seib and Katie Alstadt both of Evansville and Betty Kamuf of Cincinnati, Ohio; and four brothers, Clem, Clarence, Bob and Gene Weber, all of Evansville.Charley was preceded in death by his parents, George and Anna (Matz) Weber.Memorial contributions may be made to Corpus Christi Catholic Church.Published in Courier Press on December 11, 2010
