Raymond "Fritz" Fulkerson, 60, died at Methodist Hospital in Henderson, KY.

He was a member of Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church.

Surviving are wife, Donna; daughter, Tricia MacCallum; son, Daniel; sisters, Barbara Smith and Kathy Wolfe; and four grandsons.
