Biography
Sister Bernardone Rock, a Franciscan Sister of the Eucharist,
whose Motherhouse is in Meriden, CT, is the founder and program
director of the John S. Duss Memorial Music Conservatory in Duluth,
MN.
She is also the founder and director of the John Duss Choral
Society and the Twin Ports Women's Chorale.
She has been an instructor on the faculty of Viterbo College,
College of Saint Scholastica, and the University of Minnesota,
Duluth.
Sister Bernardone has been choir director, organist, and music
minister in several parishes in Wisconsin and Minnesota.
She is the author of several articles and numerous original
compositions.
