You will need the following information:

• Personal Identification Number (PIN): apply at www.pin.ed.gov before you start the FAFSA form
• School Code for Saint Meinrad School of Theology: G07276
• Alien Registration Number if you are not a U.S. citizen
• Social Security Number
• Driver’s license number if you have one
• All federal tax information or tax returns for the appropriate year (including IRS W-2 information) for yourself (and your spouse if you are married)
• Records of all untaxed income, such as Social Security benefits, welfare benefits and veteran benefits
• Information on savings and checking accounts, investments, and business and farm assets
