Joseph Cook

Joseph Cook is the director of programming for the Institute for Priests and Presbyterates. Prior to his duties in the IPP, Joseph served as Saint Meinrad's alumni director for eight years and as the Catholic campus minister for the University of Evansville for seven years.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts in communications and theater arts from St. Joseph College, Rensselaer, IN, and a Master of Arts in Catholic Thought and Life from Saint Meinrad Seminary and School of Theology. He holds a Professional Certificate in Spiritual Gerontology from the Johnson Institute for Spiritual Gerontology and Maturing Adult Faith Formation and has completed the USCCB's trainer workshop for Building Intercultural Competence for Ministers.

Joseph has presented to presbyterates, priest groups, and professional associations that minister to priests on topics of cross-cultural ministry, priest mentoring, and clergy retirement.

He and his wife Lisa are the coordinating couple for Catholic Engaged Encounter in the Diocese of Evansville. He is the past president of the Serra Club of Evansville and a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 1584, Jasper, IN.
