Josh Lashlee

Josh Lashlee is the director of food services for Aramark at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Inc. in Princeton, Indiana. Prior to his current position, Josh served as the executive chef for Morrison's Management Specialist (formerly Morrison's Cafeteria), part of the food service management team at Owensboro Medical Health System in Owensboro, Kentucky. 

Josh began his culinary career with various restaurants in Bowling Green, Kentucky, and Nashville, Tennessee, before serving as the executive chef at Lorenzo's Restaurant in Evansville, Indiana. 

He opened his award-winning restaurant, Three Market Street, in Newburgh, Indiana, in 2003. He also has held executive and banquet chef positions at Ri-Ra Irish Pub and the University of Southern Indiana.
