Josh Lashlee

Josh Lashlee is the executive chef for Morrison's Management Specialist (formerly Morrison's Cafeteria) and part of the food service management team at Owensboro Medical Health System in Owensboro, Kentucky, a 400-bed facility that also operates three separate retail locations. 

Josh began his culinary career with various restaurants in Bowling Green, Kentucky, and Nashville, Tennessee, before serving as the executive chef at Lorenzo's Restaurant in Evansville, Indiana. 

He opened his award-winning restaurant, Three Market Street, in Newburgh, Indiana, in 2003.  He also has held executive and banquet chef positions at Ri-Ra Irish Pub and the University of Southern Indiana.
