Do you have handicap-accessible facilities?
We have handicap-accessible guest rooms, conference rooms and dining facilities. Let us know when you register if you need a handicap-accessible room. All guest rooms and meeting areas are easily accessible by elevators.

Where is the nearest airport and do you provide transportation? What is the cost?
The nearest airports are in Evansville, IN, and Louisville, KY. Roundtrip airport transportation can be arranged with two weeks' notice; the cost is $50 per person.

What is the weather like?
Summer can be hot and humid, while fall and spring often bring warm days and cool nights. Winter temperatures are often in the 30s, but can fall into the teens at night. If you're traveling from a distance, you can get a weather forecast from www.weather.com.

What time are you on?
Saint Meinrad is on Eastern Standard Time year-round.

Where are you located?
Saint Meinrad is located in St. Meinrad, IN, a small rural community in southern Indiana. Just a few miles south of Interstate 64, Saint Meinrad is about 55 miles east of Evansville, IN, and 65 miles west of Louisville, KY.

What type of payment is accepted? When is payment due? Is the deposit deducted from the total due or is it additional?
You can pay by check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover). A $25 deposit is required for your reservation. The balance is due upon arrival at Saint Meinrad. Or, you can pay the entire amount online when you register. To ensure there is space in the program of your choice, early registration is recommended.

When is check-in time and checkout time?
You can check in between 2 and 4 p.m. on the first day of the program. The program concludes at lunch on the last of the program. Checkout time is 11 a.m. If late checkout is needed, arrangements must be made in advance by calling (800) 730-9910.

Can you arrange for a special diet?
Our dining rooms regularly offer vegetarian, low fat and sugar free selections. Special diet plates can also be requested in advance. When registering for a program, please note the type of special diet needed.

What is the program schedule like?
Typically, each program begins with an introduction at 7 p.m. on the first evening, followed by two to three sessions each day and concludes with a closing session on the last morning.
