One of the principal areas of formation for those involved in ministry is academic, professional training. Serving the people of God in a complex world requires an approach to theology and its disciplines that is historically grounded and, at the same time, sensitive to current needs. School of Theology Programs:

Priesthood Formation Saint Meinrad offers formation and education for diocesan and religious order priests, in a Benedictine setting of hospitality and witness. Permanent Deacon Saint Meinrad partners with dioceses throughout the country to provide sound theological formation for permanent deacon candidates.		Youth Leadership Our programs prepare youth for their roles in the Catholic Church, with a focus on the Catholic Church's Eucharistic liturgy.
