Abandon yourself to God with an in-depth exploration of Steps 3, 11 and 12. Quotes from St. Francis of Assisi, Br. Lawrence and St. Augustine, along with insights from the “other Big Book,” will be shared. Board members and staff personnel of halfway houses and treatment centers will discover much fuel to nourish the work that they attempt by attending this retreat. Stories, humor, sharing and feedback along with question and answer format will be shared. All faiths are welcome as the retreat is nondenominational, ecumenical and spiritual rather than specifically religious. The emphasis is on turning one’s will and life over to the care of God and on improving one’s conscious contact with God.
