In photography, light is everything. Without light, a picture
cannot be made. In the majority of November's photographs, light
sets the mood and creates a feeling. From spooky and mysterious in
the fog, candle and procession photos, to the feeling of the start
of a new day in the bell-ringing photo, light is what makes the
pictures so appealing.
November was an extremely visual month with All Saints and All
Souls days and the thick fog that hung around the Hill on Nov. 8.
Special occasions often lead to nice images, but it's important not
to forget about the beauty in everyday life.
Photographs were taken by seminarian Doug Hunter and me.
