A gift in honor of or in memory of a loved one or friend is a special way to show your support of the mission and values of Saint Meinrad.

Your gift to Saint Meinrad Archabbey or Seminary and School of Theology is a thoughtful remembrance that will further the prayer and work of the Benedictine monks or benefit students who will touch the lives of countless others by their service as a priest, permanent deacon or lay minister of the Catholic Church.

A memorial gift is given in honor of a deceased loved one or friend, while a tribute gift commemorates a special time in someone's life - perhaps a birthday, anniversary or other memorable event.

Another way to honor the memory of a friend or loved one is to have a book or books placed in the Archabbey Library. Each book you dedicate will have a bookplate inscribed with the name of the person memorialized, and your name, if you wish. A minimum offering of $20 is suggested.

If you wish, a special card acknowledging your memorial or tribute gift will be sent to the family of the person you are remembering or to the person or family you are honoring. The amount of your gift will not be disclosed.
