Pilgrimages
As the months of May and October are especially devoted to the Blessed Mother, pilgrimages to Monte Cassino Shrine are held each Sunday during those months.

The pilgrimage begins with an opening hymn and a short sermon, followed by a rosary procession. The service, about an hour long, ends with the Litany of the Blessed Virgin and a hymn.

Pilgrimages start at 2 p.m. Central Time. The shrine is located in St. Meinrad, IN, one mile east of Saint Meinrad Archabbey along Indiana 62.

Speakers and topics for the October pilgrimages are:

October 4—Archabbot Justin DuVall, OSB
“Mary, the Image of Our Hope”

October 11—Fr. Timothy Sweeney, OSB
“Mary, We Hardly Knew Ye”

October 18—Fr. Godfrey Mullen, OSB
“Mary, Model of Mystery”

October 25—Fr. Vincent Tobin, OSB
“They Have No Wine: Jesus Sees through Mary’s Eyes”
