World Priest: Session 1

This program assists international priests in their
transition into diocesan ministry in the United States with accent
training and a thorough introduction to the cultural context of
North American Catholicism. Three sequential
five-day sessions are presented by Saint Meinrad
faculty and diocesan staff, with these goals:
- Helping international priests develop the skills and confidence
needed for effective ministry in a U.S. setting
- Offering opportunities for presbyterates to more effectively
integrate international priests
- Assisting parishes in welcoming and benefiting from the
presence of international priests
