"I recently got to go on a retreat at Saint Meinrad Archabbey, where I got to have Mass with the monks!"
"We had a dueling pianos and pizza event for the first time, and we had an incredible turnout! There were a lot of young adults there! It seemed many didn't know what to expect, but the whole room was having a great time by the halfway point."
"We restarted our ministry after some weeks of not being able to meet. We brought in some new members and after our meeting, we concluded with a Rosary walk."
"I had an opportunity to go abroad for a conference and heard testimonies from young adults across the world! It was so inspiring to hear how this generation is coming back to faith, searching for meaning, and seeing the ways they are influencing each other to do so."
"Our Hispanic young adult group had their retreat in our Young Adult Center for the first time, and it went amazing! They ran it themselves, and I was able to provide some of the food for them. It was really cool to see them all come together and make something special like that happen!"

"We've had more young adults attend the Adoration hour of our Bible study!"
"L.I.G.H.T young adult group (the English-speaking group) held their monthly social gathering with a picnic where members enjoyed the spring weather, played cards, and spent time building friendships together. Several young adults also had the opportunity to spend a weekend at Saint Meinrad Archabbey for the Young Adult Initiative Gathering. They were so impressed with the campus and camaraderie of those in attendance. The Hispanic young adult group had a meeting of their committee with the adult advisors and our pastor. We were all VERY impressed with the amount of organization and pre-planning presented as they are preparing for a big retreat in June. Seeing this growth in leadership skills was very exciting."
"We decided to discontinue our monthly Mass and Mingle because of low attendance. We see a continued trend of young adults not participating in events outside of Mass."
"Our parish offered a special blessing for expectant parents at a recent Mass. Afterwards, we hosted a reception with food, refreshments, and cake. Families were gifted a book and wooden prayer candle for their child. We are always excited to provide families with resources to share their faith with their children."
"My husband and I invited the young adult core team and their spouses and kids over for a 'dream' session at our house. We shared a meal together, spent hours talking, and getting to know each other. I had asked each core team member to bring one ministry dream to the table. It didn't mean that we were going to do it right away or critique it or anything other than sharing something that has been on our heart! It was so beautiful to see how many of us dreamed for the same kinds of things for our young adult ministry while also seeing God's anointing of specific interests for each of us. It was an open invitation to the Lord to move and to inspire us and for the Holy Spirit to give us the wisdom as we begin to really seriously discern these dreams!"
