The Program Director will lead the Office of Hispanic & Latino Ministry from within the Center of Youth and Young Adult Evangelization, aiming to enhance Saint Meinrad's ability to form leaders who can minister to and with Hispanic and Latino communities.

The Program Director will oversee development and growth of this grant-funded program, serve as the public face of the office, and work with school constituents and outside ministry partners to prioritize and coordinate efforts to fulfill the project goals.

The ideal candidate would have at least a bachelor's degree, preferably in theology, have at least 2 years' experience, be bilingual, and be a practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church.

Seminary: Director of Graduate Theology Programs

The Director of Graduate Theology Programs coordinates the administration of all academic and formation programs for lay students and permanent deacon candidates pursuing degree or certificate programs, as well coordinating with the Director of Continuing Formation regarding any non-degree or continuing education programs related to lay ministry.

The ideal candidate would have a doctoral degree in theology and be a practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church.

Seminary: Director of Center for Youth and Young Adult Evangelization

The Director of the Center for Youth and Young Adult Evangelization provides vision and oversight for the programs and activities of the Center, including the One Bread, One Cup high school conferences and college internship, the Young Adult Initiative, and the Office of Hispanic and Latino Ministry.

Other possibly foreseen endeavors include domestic church programming, research and development work, young adult pilgrimages, and certification programs for those preparing for this kind of ministry. These works may take the form of direct service to youth and young adults, or formation of those responsible for the evangelization of youth and young adults.

The ideal candidate would have at least a master's degree in a theological field, at least 2 years' experience, and be a practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church.

We're hiring a Communications Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to work with the Saint Meinrad Young Adult Initiative (YAI) and One Bread, One Cup (OBOC) programs. This position would manage, organize, and post content on our YAI and OBOC websites and social media pages. For the YAI, maintain and update all records, produce print and digital communications, and assist with the production of a ministry guide for parishes. For OBOC, assist with online information updates, conference registrations, and online promotion of our program.
